When you visit
Our hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. Access and security logs may be retained by those providers. We use Cloudflare for domain and network services and a Hetzner server for hosting.
Calculator and appearance settings
The calculator runs in your browser. We do not request your health history or create a personal health profile. Your format, comparison amount and theme selection are not saved to an account. This version does not use advertising pixels, session recordings or a third-party analytics script.
When you email us
We receive your email address, name if provided, and the message you send. We use that information to answer you and handle the enquiry. Our email provider processes the correspondence. We keep relevant correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry and our business records.
Merchant links
When you visit a merchant, its privacy policy applies. If affiliate tracking is enabled in the future, the merchant or affiliate provider may use cookies or identifiers to attribute a purchase. Our affiliate disclosure describes our current relationship.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information you have provided or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not email medical records or payment-card information. We update this page when our data practices change.
