Start with the trade-off
Powder gives you a loose format to measure. Capsules give you a pre-measured amount. If your priority is the lower cost per gram in our MartLoom comparison, pure powder comes first. If you want to avoid scooping, capsules are worth considering.
Compare the whole pack
The saved powder offer is one 500 g pack at $600, or $1.20 per gram of NMN. The capsule offer is six bottles of 60 capsules at $560. At the listed 500 mg per capsule, that is 180 g of NMN in total, or about $3.11 per gram. The slightly lower capsule pack price does not mean a lower unit price.
Convenience is a real difference
Capsules remove the measuring step. Powder needs an appropriate measuring method and attention to the actual product label. A format comparison cannot establish which product will work better for your health; a lower price is not evidence of greater effectiveness.
