Find the serving size first
A front-label amount may describe a serving rather than one capsule. ProHealth NMN Pro 1000 lists a two-capsule serving with 1,000 mg NMN. That means 500 mg per capsule. Multiplying 60 capsules by 1,000 mg would double the actual NMN quantity in one bottle.
Count the servings in the whole pack
The pure capsule bottle contains 30 two-capsule servings. Six bottles provide 180 labelled servings and 180 g of NMN. The Complete blend bottle also contains 30 servings, but each serving is three capsules with 500 mg NMN. Six bottles of that formula provide 90 g of NMN.
Use the active-ingredient amount
A blend may contain more material than the amount of NMN it provides. Read the NMN line separately from trans-resveratrol, TMG and other ingredients. Adding the whole formula together would answer a different question from the NMN-only unit price shown in our comparison.
A comparison is not a dose recommendation
Our calculator lets you use the same NMN quantity across products. Results can include fractional servings. That is arithmetic for comparing costs, not advice to split capsules or tablets, change label directions or choose a personal dose.
A quick label check
Check four items before calculating: capsules per bottle, capsules per serving, NMN per serving, and bottles in the order. Multiply servings per bottle by bottles per order and NMN per serving, then divide milligrams by 1,000 to get grams.
The numbers, side by side
| Format | Pack price | Total NMN | Per gram |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pure NMN capsules | $560.00 | 180 g | $3.11 |
| NMN blend capsules | $440.00 | 90 g | $4.89 |
